I met this little guy at work, on his way to the raptor center. He's a baby great horned owl. The picture was taken by a co-worker whose gallery is here.

This is the website for where I work. Diamond Brand is a camping store that sells everything a person could need for enjoying the mountains of Western North Carolina, where I live. The store itself has a friendly, relaxed and familiar atmosphere I'd enjoy even if I didn't work here.
